4. 網上交易本來就建基於互相信任之上，本店貨物都存放在不同的倉庫，需要安排時間取出，鑑於一直面對各種棄單、失約或到交易時才討價還價的情況，已心感疲累，所以才決定在交易前需收取訂金，再安排人手到倉庫取出。所以請各位客人自重，如多疑及有被害妄想的朋友，請移玉步，不要前來無理取鬧。

由於收藏品交收時難於隨意打開檢查，在取貨前，作品會最少由兩名同事帶上手套謹慎檢查一次整件/張作品，及拍照記錄傳給客人確定，再小心包裝交收，故不設交收時打開檢查後才付款，我們亦不設送貨上門打開檢查交收之服務。 全新畫廊原包裝未拆之貨品，會以未開封狀態交收。

所有物品付一半訂金後兩星期至一個月左右安排取貨，心急者請考慮清楚。

1. Our store is not a full-time store and does not provide same-day delivery/pick up.
2. The products in our store are all genuine and there is no issue of authenticity. Deposits paid or goods sold will not be returned or exchanged, and refunds for any reason will not be accepted. If the order is abandoned or the appointment is missed, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. We don't have a store, our warehouse is not open to the public, no gallery, our studio is for work only, no goods are stored, so there is no need to ask if you can come and visit.
4. Online transactions are inherently based on mutual trust. The goods in our store are stored in different warehouses and need to be arranged at a time to be taken out. In view of the situation of all kinds of abandoned orders, missed appointments, or bargaining at the time of transaction, I feel tired. , so we decided to collect a deposit before the transaction, and then arrange for personnel to take it out from the warehouse. Therefore, all guests please respect yourself. If you are suspicious or have delusions of being victimized, please move away and do not come to make unreasonable troubles.

! Attention when handing over all items!
Since the collection is difficult to open and inspect at will when it is delivered, before picking up the work, at least two colleagues will put on gloves and carefully inspect the entire piece/piece, take photos and send the records to the customer for confirmation, and then carefully package and hand them over. There is no need to pay after opening and checking upon delivery, and we do not provide door-to-door delivery, opening, checking and delivery services. Items that are brand new in the gallery's original packaging and have not been opened will be delivered in an unopened condition.

All items will be picked up within two weeks to one month after half deposit is paid. Please consider carefully if you are in a hurry.
